These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LYCEO, the school management system operated by [School Name] ("the School," "we," "us"). By creating an account, logging in, or submitting an enrollment application through LYCEO, you agree to these Terms.

1Who May Use LYCEO

LYCEO accounts are provided to Administrators, Registrars, Cashiers, Faculty, Students, and Parents/ Guardians affiliated with LYCEUM OF CAMALANIUGAN. Access is provisioned or approved by the School; you may not create an account for a role you do not hold, or on behalf of someone else without authorization.

2Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering or applying for enrollment.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time login codes confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify the School immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3Enrollment Submissions

Submitting an enrollment application through LYCEO does not guarantee admission or enrollment. Applications are reviewed by the Registrar/Admin and may be approved, declined, or returned for correction. Submitting false, fabricated, or misrepresented information (including altered documents) is grounds for rejection of the application or, for an existing student, disciplinary action.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access, or attempt to access, records or accounts that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to view
• Upload false, fabricated, or plagiarized documents or academic work
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the system
• Use the system for any purpose unrelated to legitimate school administration, teaching, or learning

5Grades & Academic Records

Grades displayed in LYCEO are computed according to the Department of Education's official grading guidelines for the subject and grade level concerned. Official academic records remain subject to review, correction, and final approval by authorized School personnel.

6Intellectual Property

The LYCEO system, its design, and underlying software belong to [School Name / Developer Name]. Content you submit (such as enrollment documents or activity submissions) remains yours, but you grant the School the right to store and use it for legitimate academic and administrative purposes.

7Availability of the Service

We aim to keep LYCEO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The System may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

8Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LYCEUM OF CAMALANIUGAN is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, LYCEO, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used in a way that risks the security or integrity of the system or other users' data.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and applicable Department of Education regulations.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LYCEO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
