This guide explains how to use LYCEUM OF CAMALANIUGAN step by step. Find your role below
— students, parents / guardians, faculty, the registrar, the cashier and the admin office.
1Getting Started
- Open the system's home page and choose your role to log in with your account email and password.
- New accounts start with the default password. You will see a reminder to change it — do this first
(Change Password page).
- A good password has at least 8 characters, mixes uppercase and lowercase letters,
includes numbers and symbols (e.g. @, #, !), and is different from your current one.
- Faculty, registrar and cashier accounts of the same person may use one email address. Choose the role you are logging in as on the home page, and each role has its own password.
- After your first password setup, later password changes need a 6-digit code sent to your email.
2Enrolling (New Students, Transferees, Grade 11, Grade Advance)
- On the home page choose Enroll, then pick the right form: Grade 7, Grade 11, Transferee,
or Grade Advance.
- Fill in each step: Step 1 Personal Information, Step 2 Parent Information
(first, middle, last name and suffix), Step 3 Emergency Contact / Guardian,
Step 4 Upload Documents.
- Enter the Father, Mother and Guardian names exactly as on the school documents — parents later register using
these same names.
- Upload the required documents. Tap Choose File, then pick Camera, Photos or Files and allow access when asked.
- Tick the certification and privacy boxes, then submit. Keep your application number.
- When the school accepts your application you receive an email with your grade, section and a link to the system.
3Students
- Dashboard: see your section, schedule and announcements.
- Grades: view posted grades per term and your computed average.
- Activities: open assigned activities, read instructions and submit your work before the deadline.
- Achievements and Clearance: check recorded achievements and your clearance status.
- Grade Advance: when the school year advances, eligible students can apply for the next grade level here.
- Fees & Payments: see the fees posted for you, what you paid and your balance.
- Profile: update your photo and contact details.
4Parents / Guardians
- Choose Register as Parent / Guardian on the Enroll page.
- Enter your own details and your relationship (Father, Mother or Guardian), then the child's details exactly as in the school record.
- Your name (first, middle, last and suffix) must match what was written on the enrollment form. One student can have up to three linked parent accounts: Father, Mother and Guardian.
- Once approved, view your child's grades, activities and achievements from your dashboard.
5Faculty
- My Schedule: see your weekly classes; print your schedule, your advisory class, or the class list for a subject you teach.
- Grades: choose a section and subject, add grade items and scores, then post the grades.
- Activities: create activities, review student submissions and score them.
- Achievements: class advisers can record achievements for students in their own advisory section only.
- Clearance: sign off students' clearance items assigned to you.
6Registrar and Admin
- Enrollment: review applications, choose the section and accept or decline. Accepted applicants are emailed automatically.
Use Print Subjects beside View to print an accepted student's subjects and grade computation.
- Students: search, filter and open a student record (Report Card / Form 138, Form 137, clearance). Use
Print to print class lists by grade and section; untick sections you do not need.
- Quick Add: add a student directly. Documents accept photos, PDF or DOCX only.
- Schedules: build the weekly schedule per section — pick a subject and teacher, or a special activity for the period.
- Exam Permit (registrar): search a student to see the grade, section and how many permits were issued. If the cashier posted a permit and the student has not paid it, the system shows "This student has not paid the permit yet." and the permit cannot be printed. The issued count starts at 0 again each time the cashier posts a new permit.
- Academic setup, users and settings: manage grade levels, sections, subjects, school years and accounts (admin).
7Cashier
- Fees & Payments: post a fee (name, amount, due date) to all grade levels or one section. Edit it later, or deactivate it — paid records are always kept.
- Permit: tick the Permit box under the fee name when the fee is the exam permit. You can post as many permits as needed. The registrar can only print a permit for a student who has paid the latest posted permit.
- Cash Payment: search a student, tick the fees being paid, enter the amount received and record the payment. A receipt is created and can be printed.
- Student Records: look up a student's balances and print a balance statement.
- Send a Report: under Account, tell the school office about a bug, concern or suggestion and read the reply there.
8Evaluation
- Students tap the box of a teacher and subject (evaluated ones show ✔ Done) and rate the school; parents rate the school (sidebar: Evaluation). Score each statement from 1 to 5 and add an optional comment.
- Evaluations are anonymous: your name is never saved with your answers. You can submit once per teacher / school each school year.
- Admin reads the averages and comments under Evaluation Results (shown only after at least 3 responses) and open or close evaluation (it stays closed until admin opens it).
9Notifications
- The bell icon lists your notifications; click one to open it.
- If you tap Allow on the notification prompt, new notifications also appear in your device's notification bar while the site is open; tapping one opens the system.
- You can also choose whether notifications are mirrored to your email.
